What to Expect from a Session:

• A one-session approach focused on resolving your phobia quickly and effectively 

• A safe, gentle process that does not require reliving trauma or prolonged exposure

The Intuitive Coaching Package

Single Session: 1 hour

In a Somasense™ session, your practitioner guides you into deep relaxation to help you connect with your mind and body. Through mindful awareness and gentle movement, you explore your body’s stored memories—your somatic narrative—and begin to release trauma held within. The process is non-contact, with the practitioner supporting you in tuning into your own bodily sensations. Somasense™ is a gentle, effective form of somatic therapy that can be integrated with other therapeutic approaches.
