About Us
Deshnee Naidoo
My own experience of transforming a lifelong fear of public speaking helped me understand just how deeply unresolved fears and inner blocks can shape our lives. That personal breakthrough led me to immerse myself in a wide spectrum of therapeutic training—including NLP, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Intuitive Coaching, and Phobia Fix Therapy. As a certified SOMASENSE® Practitioner and specialist in Polyvagal Therapy, I help clients gently access their body’s wisdom, release stored trauma, and restore a sense of calm and connection. I bring both lived insight and clinical expertise into every session, creating a safe, compassionate space for deep healing.
My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and centered on each client’s unique goals. Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, or confidence challenges, my role is to walk alongside you as you reclaim your inner resilience.
